SafeLane | Governance | Required Postings & Labor Law Posters

This page centralizes the federally and state-mandated notices that protect your rights as an employee. While physical posters are maintained on campus, this digital repository ensures that remote employees and those at satellite locations have equal access to these critical legal protections.

Institutional Safety Disclosures (Clery Act & SCHA)

In compliance with federal law, Lane Community College maintains comprehensive transparency regarding campus crime statistics, safety protocols, and hazing prevention. All community members are encouraged to review these annual reports:

  • Clery Compliance Information
    • Provides public disclosures of campus crime statistics over the past three calendar years, campus security policies, fire safety reports, and emergency response procedures.
  • Bi-Annual Hazing Prevention Report
    • Outlines LCC’s strict zero-tolerance policy against hazing, details mandatory student organization disclosures, and provides a transparent log of any reported hazing incidents and corrective actions taken.

OSHA 300A: Annual Summary of Injuries & Illnesses

Each year, LCC is required by OR-OSHA to post a summary of the previous year's workplace injuries and illnesses. This is known as the OSHA 300A Form.

  • Posting Period: The physical copy must be posted in the Building 03 Lobby from February 1 to April 30 of each year.
  • Purpose: To provide transparency regarding campus safety trends and to ensure the college is accurately tracking occupational health.

Current (if during the applicable period): N/A
