Vector (All Employees)

LCC provides an online training service through our liability insurance carrier, PACE. This platform hosts a diverse library of modules, from active shooter response to mandatory reporting guidelines for child abuse.

  • New Hires: Mandatory compliance training will be assigned to you shortly after your start date.
  • Login Instructions: Click the Vector Solutions Login link. Your username is your L Number. If you have not established a password, you may be prompted to set one up during your first visit.
  • Optional Learning: Browse the "Extra Training" library for professional development in safety and security at your own pace.

FEMA Incident Command System (Mandatory for Managers)

To ensure LCC aligns with "Best Practice" emergency management, all Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Administrators are required to complete the following FEMA courses. This ensures we speak the same language as Fire, Police, and EMS during a crisis.
