Facilities User Acknowledgement

You have been directed to this notice because you have recently requested and been granted use of a Lane Community College facility space. Please review this document carefully. It is YOUR responsibility to read and comply with these guidelines.

User is responsible for restoring room to original condition at end of event (i.e. cleaning whiteboards, disposing of waste, recycling, turning light out, closing windows, etc.)

In case of medical, fire, or law enforcement emergency, please contact the Department of Public Safety on the Emergency Line (541) 463-5555.

User agrees to report any and all accidents while on Lane Community College property to the appropriate officials. For Lane employees, use the accident reporting form on the COPPS-Accident Reporting page. Facility users who are not Lane employees should contact the Department of Public Safety by calling the non-emergency line (541) 463-5558, or the emergency line (541) 463-5555.

For information about Information Technology, explore their services and support or call the IT Help Desk at (541) 463-4444. Office hours are Mondays through Fridays, 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. (closed on Fridays during summer term)

Users understand that it is their responsibility to comply with all OSHA rules and regulations while on Lane Community College property.

Tobacco and electronic cigarette use is only permitted in designated areas on campus, otherwise Lane Community College is a tobacco and electronic cigarette free campus. Find out more about Lane being Tobacco Free.

Facility user agrees to contact the Department of Public Safety at (541) 463-5558 to secure their requested areas if the event concludes earlier than planned.
