User Name and Password
If you do not yet have a MegaMation username and password or if you have forgotten your username or password, email the Megamation team at megamation@lanecc.edu Include your L Number, the password you want to use, and your phone extension in the email.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Open MegaMation and login. (If you forgot your login and/or password, see the instructions on Submitting a Work Request).
- Click “Work Request Search” in the upper left corner.
- If you know the work order number, enter the Work Order Number and click the “Go” button.
- An informational box about your work order will pop up with information on the Status and Priority of your work order.
- Note the Status code.
- In the upper left corner, select “Work Order Admin Codes,” then select “List of WO Status”
- If you don’t know the work order number, enter any identifying information you can about the work order in the section below and click “Search.”
- All work orders that meet the criteria that you entered will pop up and the Status of each of those work orders will show in the Status column.
- Note the Status code.
- In the upper left corner, select “Work Order Admin Codes,” then select “List of WO Status”
FMP almost always does the work orders in order of priority, completing all number 1 priority items before moving on to priority 2s, 3s, and 4s.

- All work orders that meet the criteria that you entered will pop up. Look through the list and click the work order number of the work order of interest.

- 1 or S: Urgent safety or asset protection work orders
- 2: Classrooms, Preventative Maintenance, Restrooms, Motorpool, Keys
- 3: Offices, Hallways, Open Areas
- 4: New campus infrastructure installation
- 5: Parking lots and outlying areas
- 6: Deferred projects or long-term planning
In Case of Emergency
If there is a facilities emergency, you may email the Facilities Office facilitiesoffice@lanecc.edu or call (541) 463-5000. In case of an after hours facilities emergency, call LCC Public Safety at (541) 463-5555.
The Facilities Office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
After hours calls will be forwarded to voicemail and will be assigned a work order number during the hours of operation on the next scheduled workday.
