Vehicle Scheduling and Use
In General. Vehicles, including passenger cars and vans, are available for use by the college staff on approved college business. Departments should schedule LCC Motor Pool vehicles first before using outside sources.

All drivers must be LCC Motor Pool-certified in order to drive LCC Motor Pool vehicles.
Motor Pool/Van Driver Safety Training
All drivers reserving larger 15-passenger vans must receive the mandatory safety training before they will be able to schedule or use college vans. Training is easy! Simply watch the SafeColleges video and answer the test questions.
For help in navigating the SafeColleges web site, follow the directions found on this form.
After you have answered all of the questions on the test, save the test results, attach it to an email, and send it to the LCC Facilities office at email@example.com. Or, if you prefer, you may print the results, place it in an inter-campus envelope, and address and send it to FMP, Attention: Audrey O'Brion.

- Please review the full information on the Vehicle (Motor Pool) Scheduling and Use COPPS policy page. This includes full details about how to reserve a vehicle, use, required training, etc.
After you have reviewed the Vehicle (Motor Pool) Scheduling and Use COPPS policy page:
- If you have reviewed the above information, then use 25Live to schedule a vehicle, at least 24 hours in advance of a planned trip.
- Include trip destination, FOAP to be billed, and Motor Pool Certified driver name/s in the reservation.
