Accessibility Info

Accessibility Details

Organizing of Zoom controls is not accessible to keyboard controls. Paging through long gallery views does not receive keyboard focus and must be done with the page up and page down keys on a keyboard. There is no way to add a secondary audio track for shared video content in meetings and recordings. Users cannot adjust UI color and size at this time. The accessibility of a meeting is highly dependent on meeting setup and presentation type due to needing to turn on live transcripts, describe on-screen content, etc.

Tool Description

Zoom is a meeting platform used to hold synchronous meetings. It boasts a range of features such as share screen, recording, annotation, reactions, live chat, whiteboard and asynchronous whiteboard, etc. This tool is great for holding class meetings or meetings with teams. Jump into a meeting immediately or schedule them out into the future. If you need a larger scale meeting of hundreds of participants, Zoom Webinar can get you there. Zoom is free for all students and employees with all employees getting access to Zoom Pro which removes the Zoom meeting limit.
