ATC Tip of the Term
ATC can review your Moodle gradebook for accuracy so students have an up to date grade across the entire term.

The Academic Technology Center (ATC) is a one-stop support center for faculty and staff. We provide troubleshooting, training, production assistance, and a drop-in lab to support the use of a wide variety of technologies for instructional and academic purposes. This includes:
- Daily drop-in lab hours for staff and faculty to provide a place to work without distraction.
- Equipment checkout of electronic devices & accessories — including emerging tech.
- Learning Management System (Moodle) course set-up, assistance, and troubleshooting
- Online course development, tools, and instruction
- Pedagogical advice & course design support
- Instructional web page development and editing
- Lecture and presentation development
- Training related to distance education, digitally enhanced pedagogy, and the tools Academic Technology supports Lane-specific information sharing through knowledgebase articles, support documentation, and web resources
Instructional Design Services
ID Service's goal is to prepare and assist faculty in developing, delivering, and improving courses following research-based best practices for student success and retention. We offer workshops, training, and course development support. Reach us by email (idservices@lanecc.edu) or drop into the ATC.
Media Services
The Media Services Center is your one-stop support center for creating rich media for in-class and online instruction. We also provide many services to help staff with media creation such as recording meetings and special events. Our services are free to College departments! We provide a full range of services including media development, lecture capture, video and audio recording, cable TV broadcast, videoconferencing, web conferencing, live streaming, and live college event.
