The following features have some accessibility issues: clips, envelope points in time tracks and audio tracks, scrubbing. Audio waveforms and spectrograms pose issues where color is the primary method of conveying information. Audacity does not support High Contrast theme. Some issues with screen magnification in the table of the metadata editor.

Audacity can be downloaded for free onto personal devices at any time. Faculty and employees should contact the IT Helpdesk to have them install it on their college-provided computers.
