The type drop-down for custom fields is not able to be accessed with a keyboard. Sent messages cannot be accessed with keyboard focus. Cannot add collaborators in My Tasks with keyboard focus. Some focus order issues with comments, see more activity in Inbox Notifications, Leave task and Mark Complete controls. Names are not announced for screen readers for field title, field type, and description fields on the add field dialog as well as with collaborator names on the Messages I've sent page. Search results do not announce the selected or unselected state of tabs. Minimum contrast is not met for form field borders and grid borders. Zooming in to 400% makes modals and pages not responsive. There are some issues with the focus being visible when using keyboard focus. Some status messages are not announced, such as password reset, custom field-related error messages, search results are generated, and profile image successfully.
