Individual courses and course content may have varying levels of accessibility due to the content (i.e. files, video, audio, links to external webpages, etc.) put into and organized within the course (heading, text contrast, list, table formatting, etc.)
The Moodle system itself is WCAG 2.1 compliant with the following exceptions: letter link filtering for instructors does not make sense out of context; link purpose for Edit, Delete, and Reply links in forums is not able to be determined with a screen reader; course drawers can obscure the view when zoomed in on webpages or using a mobile device; page footer on the course page and gradebook pages may obscure tools to keyboard focus; the skip to content link obscure keyboard focus when scrolled past the top items.
