Healthy Habits Group Coaching – Fridays 9/29, 10/13, 10/27, 11/17, 12/8 on Zoom
Whether you are trying to save money, clear clutter, eat more vegetables, get more physically active, or start a new healthy habit of any kind, making changes are easier with support and accountability. Small changes can positively impact your self-esteem, energy level and overall health. Sharing your thoughts, challenges and successes are encouraged and not required. We meet every other week. Mastering (Peri)Menopause Support Group – Friday, 10/20, on Zoom
Do you have questions about the menopausal transition? Or maybe just need support during this time in your life? This is the group for you! Together we will work through the sign/symptoms of menopause, talk about habits to build to help you stay in good health and wellness during this transition, and act as a support group to help us all get through this time period in our lives.

Health Accountability Groups:


If you’re like me, this isn’t your first time trying to improve your health and fitness. My guess is that you’ve had some successes in the past but lost your momentum as time when on. It is so hard when you feel like you’re in it alone. But you don’t have to be alone! That’s why I strive to build a supporting and uplifting virtual coaching community, where you can join with like-minded individuals, who are all trying to better themselves and their own health and fitness. I would love to invite YOU into this community.

Every month, I run virtual 12-day accountability groups (sometimes more days), where we focus on how to fit better nutrition and more fitness into our lives, while still maintaining the busy and chaotic schedules that we all tend to have. For most groups we check-in (in a virtual group) about how we did for the day on four goals (nutrition, exercise, water intake, and sleep). I also post each day on a bonus topic that will help to educate/motivate everyone on something related to health, nutrition, or fitness.


The Princess Bride Challenge: 12 Days of Health & Adventure – 10/9-10/20, on Slack
Welcome to our grand adventure!!! It is time to turn what you once thought was INCONCEIVABLE into reality as we set out on a new adventure toward freedom and good health. We will wage our way through the Fire Swamp of life, and conquer the Cliffs of Insanity together, as we battle our bad habits and create/maintain good ones!

- The group is carried out ONLINE (on Slack)
- The expectation is that you will also help motivate and support others while they are also trying to reach their goals (nothing motivates a person more than motivating someone else!). Please engage in the group as much as you can, it will only help both you, and everyone else in the group!

We will have FIVE goals for each day, and will check at the end of the day on our BRIDE
B: Bonus – We will check in with our answers to a bonus question that is posed every day, which will relate to the post from that morning (varies every day).
R: Rest - at least 7+ hours each night (new/nursing parents are exempt from this one).
I: Ingest Healthy Foods - eat clean/healthy/balanced nutrition at least 80% of the time.
D: Drink - Increase our water intake to promote health (at least 60-80 ounces each day, if not more).
E: Exercise - at least 20 mins of movement each day (any movement is welcomed).

+ A daily post designed to explore our minds, fitness, nutrition, and health, all with a Princess Bride theme. The posts are designed to motivate you more on making sustainable healthy choices to last a lifetime or ask you to reflect on life
+ Community motivation and support (from the group) to help keep you going when willpower is fading.
+ Constant access to me (your own health and fitness coach) throughout the group for advice, education, motivation, and support. Ask here in this group, or feel free to send me a private message!

Sugar Detox: 12 Days of NO SUGAR – 11/1-11/12, on Slack
I don't know about you, but my food choices over the holidays go waaaayyy downhill. Lots of sugar and sweets, all the way from Halloween through the winter holidays.

So……. by popular demand……..12 DAY SUGAR DETOX!!!

We will spend 12 days together, focusing on getting back on track, and making healthier lifestyle choices. Choices that reflect the health we want to have.

We will focus on three things:
1) Moving our body more (20 mins/day of activity)
2) Hydrate for harmony (drink more water)
3) Nutrition (three different levels, see below)

Level 1
Try not to consume any added sugar (no adding honey, sugar, or other sweeteners added to food/drinks), and no sweet treats (cookies, ice cream, etc...). All other meals/snacks are as normal.

Level 2
Eat like Level 1, and ALSO make sure to eat other meals healthily. Think of it like the 80/20 Rule. 80% is clean eating, and 20% is left for (non-sugar) splurging (think things like cheese and healthy fats for snacks).

Level 3
Eat like Level 2, and ALSO watch all labels to ensure there is NO ADDED sugar to ANY foods. This is harder than you think! Surprisingly, sugar hides in many canned/processed foods (spaghetti sauce, yogurt, milk substitutes, chips/snacks, bread products, condiments, snack bars, etc...), and no alcohol.

No matter which level you choose, you are welcome in this group!

Fifty Miler Club: 50 days of moving a mile per day – 11/12-12/31, on Slack
Sedentary lifestyle and the associated weight gain hits hard during the holiday season. Let's combat that together, with the FIFTY MILER CLUB! Join me for this FREE GROUP!!!

You can run, walk, bike, swim, elliptical, hike, or whatever!! Just join us for the commitment to move EVERYDAY through the end of the year, and why not INVITE three colleagues to come and join!?!

WHAT: Move one mile every day!
WHEN: Every day for the last fifty days of the year (11/12/23 - 12/31/23). Consistency counts!
WHO: YOU! and invite THREE COLLEAGUES to join you! The more the merrier! (Note: You do not actually have to invite people to participate)
WHY: As weather gets colder, and holiday season get busier, we often put off exercise. Let's just make a promise to move ONE MILE every day, through the end of the year, to stay active!
COST: It's FREE to join, so just do it!!!
