Energize & Thrive Wellness Challenge Part 2 - Set Your Own Goal, April 4 - May 8 (Five Weeks)
Join this Challenge to continue what you've started and or set a new physical activity goal to improve your mental, emotional and physical health. If you weren't able to meet your goal last term, you'll have a chance to try again. If you meet 75% of that goal, you’ll receive an incentive of your choice: zip up sweatshirt with Wellness logo and inspirational image or a free LCC gym membership for one term (a $45 value). Register here by filling out this questionnaire to set your goal.

If you already met your goal last term and received an incentive, you'll have a chance to receive the other incentive, while supplies last! : - )

How did this happen? We just received "Educator Health and Well-being Support Funding" through the OEA Choice Trust!
You'll also get a little help from your friends. You'll get support through our Energize & Thrive Wellness slack (pun intended) channel and in zoom meetups.

Regular physical activity has huge benefits for our emotional health. It relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. It can also have a positive impact on on depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
