Yuja Panorama

Yuja Panorama Accessibility Checker

What is Panorama?

YuJa is an accessibility checker tool integrated into Moodle that helps instructors ensure their course content is accessible to all students, including those with disabilities. This tool automatically checks accessibility issues in digital content and guides how to resolve them.

Enable Panorama in your Courses

The accessibility plugin is enabled by default for all visible credit courses. If your course is large and you've recently imported new materials from a previous term, YuJa may take several hours to initially index and display the rating icons correctly.

Using Panorama in your courses

Check out our Yuja Panorama Digital Accessiblity Tool article found in Lane’s Knowledge Base that walks you through accessing reports, understanding the icons and their meaning, and where to find support for our accessibility tool in our learning management system.

Remember–If you have a Letter of Accommodation for a student, go directly to CAR for assistance with your course. If you want help in developing accessible courses, creating accessible documents or images, or have questions about captioning videos, contact the ATC at atc@lanecc.edu.
