To facilitate access to services and assist with the verification of student identity, Lane Community College students have a right to an official student identification (student ID).
Student IDs issued by Lane Community College are the college's property. Students are permitted to possess only one active LCC student ID at a time. The process for obtaining or replacing an LCC student ID is described in the Photo Identification Card Procedure.
Students are responsible for keeping their LCC student ID secure and may not lend it to others. Misuse or unauthorized use may result in confiscation and/or disciplinary action. In these cases, the retention of the LCC student ID must follow college procedures and be related to official duties.
