Open Enrollment

This open enrollment period does not apply to Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts.
The open enrollment for FSAs, covering the 2027 calendar year, will take place later this Fall.

Open Enrollment is Mandatory

To make your benefit selections or update dependent coverage, please submit your elections through MyOEBB by September 15, 2026. Changes made during this open enrollment period will take effect on October 1, 2026, unless otherwise noted.

Failure to complete the open enrollment process by September 15, 2026 will result in a loss of coverage effective October 1, 2026.

As confirmation, you will know the process is complete when you see the following:

  • A summary of your enrollments, and
  • A confirmation message indicating your selections have been successfully saved.
  • Bonus: If your pop-up blocker is disabled, a celebratory fireworks animation will appear once you've completed your enrollment.

OEBB Resources

Long Term Care Insurance

Long Term Care (LTC) insurance will no longer be offered through OEBB. Earlier this year, Unum stopped accepting new LTC insurance applications, and as a result, the OEBB Board decided to discontinue offering this coverage.

If you are currently enrolled in LTC insurance, your existing coverage may continue. You also have the option to make changes to or cancel your coverage. To continue, change, or cancel your coverage, you must complete and submit the appropriate form(s) by November 29.
