Recruitment and Selection Competencies

These competencies can be used to develop recruitment and selection criteria and standards. They can be a source of information for framing behavioral and motivation-based inquiries of job candidates. Some of these competencies may have applicability to setting performance management expectations and assessing employee performance.

Computer-Related Technology
