Cultural Competency Professional Development (CCPD)

The college requires all employees to complete cultural competency training in accordance with ORS 350.375 and Board Policy 520. All classified and management employees must complete twelve (12) hours of cultural competency training every three (3) years

Report Attendance

Use the Cultural Competency Professional Development Attendance form to report any CCPD training completed outside of Vector LMS.

Training is documented and reported through:

  • The CCPD attendance form (linked above)
  • Vector LMS reports
  • Group in-person sign-in sheets
  • Zoom attendance records

Most mandatory Vector training modules, assigned by HR, are eligible for CCPD credit hours. Additional CCPD-eligible training is available in Vector—see the list at the bottom of this webpage. Any CCPD-eligible training completed in Vector will be automatically credited to your CCPD attendance report once per month.

For in-person training at LCC, contact Monica Hancock at x5111 or hancockm@lanecc.edu to request a sign-in sheet. A customized form and QR code will be provided. Completed sign-in sheets must be submitted to HR in spreadsheet or .csv format for CCPD attendance credit.
