This procedure describes guidelines for staff reservation of Information technology equipment.
The following lead-time guidelines must be observed when ordering equipment from Information Technology. Email should be used for placing equipment reservations whenever possible. Phoned or written requests are also accepted.
All equipment must be picked up at the Information Technology HelpDesk, located in Building 2 room 114.
Requests for LCD projectors/screens, laptop computers and classroom instructor PA equipment must be placed no less than one business day in advance of desired use or by 12:00 p.m. on the previous Friday for a Monday reservation.
Note: Requests made "last-minute" may be honored, but will be subject to equipment availability.
