Purpose
This policy states the College's commitment to maintaining student records procedures consistent with the requirements of state and federal law.
Narrative
The college shall maintain student records procedures consistent with the requirements of state and federal law.
Student records procedures shall balance the college's legal responsibility with the use of student records to protect the welfare of students within the mission of the college.
Student records shall be maintained for a period of time consistent with the standards established by the State of Oregon Archives Division.
