Print Management

Getting supplies or service for your networked copier or laser printer is simple. As of April 7, 2025, Kelley Create is the official vendor for all college print devices. All supported networked printers will have a black Kelley Create sticker with an Equipment ID# (see example below).

If your printer is networked but does not have a sticker, contact the IT Helpdesk to have it added to the print management program. All networked printers that use toner are required to be on the print management program.

For printers on the print management program, we provide toner, standard white paper (8.5" x 11"), and repair/maintenance. Devices with a Kelley Create sticker are supported and will be repaired or replaced as needed.

Printers that use wet ink or are connected via a USB cable (not networked) must purchase their own paper and toner/ink separately.
Please do not comingle print supplies.

Service

For mechanical issues, contact Kelley Create first. Kelley Create is the only authorized service vendor for LCC printers. If you contact another service vendor, your department will be responsible for the invoice.

When requesting service, describe the problem as clearly as possible and have your Equipment ID# ready. Support will first attempt to troubleshoot remotely with your assistance. If leaving a voicemail or sending an email, include your name, a contact phone number, a detailed description of the issue, and the Equipment ID# (it begins with "KC" and is printed on the black Kelley Create sticker).

Supplies

To order white and colored bond paper or printer/copier toner, use the Print Shop Pro portal.

If you’re not signed up, the Printing and Graphics webpage includes a setup guide called Online ordering portal.

Kelley Create maintains toner stock in our warehouse for redistribution through Print Shop Pro Store Orders.

Staff Rates

The rates for each independently budgeted department are as follows:

  • $0.10 per impression on an approved copier or laser printer
  • $0.20 per impression on an approved color copier or laser printer

Student Rates

LCC encourages all students to use duplex mode on machines that support duplex printing; however, the cost per impression is the same for duplex and single-sided printing. Specialty paper may be used on certain machines when provided by the student; however, cost per impression rates do not change when using specialty paper. Rates are as follows:

  • $0.10 per black-and-white impression for all supported print devices
  • $0.35 per color impression for all supported print devices
