Purpose

This procedure details the contact information for various types of mechanical breakdowns, both within and outside of normal business hours.

Narrative

In case of a mechanical breakdown or utility malfunction between 7 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Facilities Management and Planning should be called (541) 463-5000.

If no response is obtained from this number, specific mechanical breakdowns and utility malfunctions may be referred to these maintenance areas:
