This procedure describes the process for departments to use when requesting services from Facilities Management and Planning.
Narrative
Requests for Services
Normally, any requests for services from Facilities Management and Planning are made by submitting an electronic work request. Contact your respective department administrative coordinator to submit work requests to the Facilities Management and Planning Department.
Special custodial requests may be made by calling the Facilities office at (541) 463-5000 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by sending an email to the Facilities Management office.
In case of mechanical breakdown or other emergencies related to buildings, contact Facilities Management and Planning (541) 463-5000 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. For other hours and weekends, contact Public Safety at (541) 463-5558 or (541) 463-5555.
