The Grants Office

Grant Project Services

Grants can be a great way to start or redesign, update or innovate a program. Please familiarize yourself with the website which can answer many of your questions about how to apply for grants at Lane.

The Grants Office assists faculty and staff seeking grant funding for programs that further the mission, strategic directions, institutional, divisional, departmental and programmatic goals of the college.

The Grants Office is available to answer questions and provide help throughout the application process. Please contact Patrick Blaine, Dean of Curriculum, Assessment, and Grants Development at blainep@lanecc.edu

All grants submitted, electronically or in hard copy, by Lane Community College staff or faculty, to outside funding sources (public and private sponsors) must be reviewed, cleared and endorsed by the Grants Office on behalf of Lane Community College prior to submission.

Complete proposals, including the budget, must be submitted to Lane’s Grants Office five full working days before the deadline to allow for complete review and approval. Early contact with the Grants Office staff is strongly encouraged to help ensure efficient and timely clearance and submission of all types of applications. You can coordinate with office personnel to develop a detailed submission timeline.

Questions about grant applications to private foundations should be directed to the LCC Foundation.
