Educational activities on the college campus or in college classes held on non-college property shall not be interrupted or impeded by individuals or groups soliciting funds or business. This document describes the expectations of department administrators for developing procedures to comply with this policy.

Educational activities on the college campus or in college classes held on non-college property shall not be interrupted or impeded by individuals or groups soliciting funds or business.
- Each department will develop a procedure for conducting business with outside groups or individuals.
- The instructional administrator of the department will ensure that only business that is directly related to the instructional process shall occur during class time.
- Funds may not be solicited from instructional staff or students without prior approval of the vice president Academic and Student Affairs.
