- Craft recommendations via a synthesis of the APR & EPR's reports
- Develop an action plan for the implementation of recommendations
- Clarify barriers for each part of every recommendation
- Report out barriers with the appropriate administrative body
- Separate components of recommendations according to specific barriers
Spring
- Begin implementation of recommendations (or components) where possible
During Year 2 of the Academic Program Review cycle, lead faculty and management collaboratively develop an action plan, or implementation plan, including recommendations, outcomes and timeline. Helpful resources and links are below.
