LCCEF Executive Officers and Classification and Compensation representatives will be meeting with bargaining unit members to understand their position duties and responsibilities for better representation at Bargaining Table for implementation.
These meetings will be focused on position duties to understand the best position title and job family to place you in under the new classification structure the College will be proposing, and LCCEF will be bargaining as part of our ongoing contract.
Please book a brief 15 minute appointment with Tami and Marleena, so we can ask a few questions to get to know your position at the College. There will be opportunities for follow-ups in the near future, we are needing quick understanding for as many positions as possible first before bargaining begins.
