Placement into Next Writing and Math

Please attach a copy of your unofficial transcript(s) showing successful completion of prior writing and/or math courses(s). Your unofficial transcript(s) needs to be in one of the following file formats: pdf, tiff, gif, jpg or png.

Transcripts need to contain the following information:

• Your first and last name
• The name of the college or university issuing the transcript
• The dates/terms in which you completed course work
• Grades you earned in your courses
• Credits earned for completion of course work

Note: Only courses for which you earned a Pass, C-, or higher grades may be used to meet prerequisites. Grades of D, F, No Pass, Withdraw, for example, cannot be used to satisfy placement into the next level of writing and/or math.
