CCPD

Cultural Competency Professional Development (CCPD)

All LCC employees are required to attend a minimum of twelve hours of CCPD training every three years. Hours over twelve do not need to be reported. Training is accounted for and reported through the individual CCPD attendance form, group in-person sign-in sheets, Zoom records, and Vector LMS training.

Several of the mandatory Vector LMS training modules assigned by HR are eligible for CCPD hours. In addition, there is extra training in Vector, see list at the bottom of this webpage. CCPD-eligible and completed training within Vector LMS will automatically be credited to your CCPD attendance hours.

The Cultural Competency Professional Development (CCPD) initiative at Lane Community College, formed in response to Board Policy 520, is specifically designed to address the evolving needs and changing demographics of the College’s student, staff, and community populations.

Attendance Credit Forms:

  • For individually attended training, please use the Cultural Competency Professional Development Attendance form to request credit for all CCPD training that is not in Vector LMS or offered in person through LCC.
  • For live in-person training at LCC, please contact Monica Hancock at hancockm@lanecc.edu for a sign-in sheet. You will be provided with an Excel sign-in sheet or a customized Smartsheet with a QR code. Sign-in sheets must be submitted to HR in spreadsheet or .csv format.
