Fall

  • Share findings at the Poster Session (yr 3)
  • Continue implementation of recommendations as needed (yrs 3 & 4)
  • Identify & submit additional data needs, if necessary (yr 4)

Winter

  • Act upon feedback from area dean or appropriate administrative body on institutional barriers (yrs 3 & 4)
  • Continue to separate components of recommendations according to specific barriers (yrs 3 & 4)

Spring

  • Report on the progress of the separate components & program recommendations to APROC at the Mid-Cycle Check-in (yr 3)

During year 3, program teams may review their process, check on priorities, consider recommendations, update implementation plan, change strategies, refine goals and make any other needed adjustments.

Academic Program Review is a flexible process. Some program teams may implement changes over in year 2 only, while others may opt to institute changes over a longer time period (year 2, 3 and 4).
